1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

TSR Ventures provides services in software, web and IT; branding, design and marketing; and knowledge. Specific terms for individual projects will be outlined in separate agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, and materials created by TSR Ventures remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client data and proprietary information remain the property of the client.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

TSR Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in individual project agreements.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
